Coworking Space with Childcare Memberships offer flexible month-to-month options. Change your membership type for the next month by the 15th of the current month or provide 30 days notice to cancel a membership.

Olive & Ark does not offer full-time coworking space hours and childcare. We are busy parents, too.

Our Brentwood cowork space with childcare hours are:
– Monday: 9am-2pm
– Tuesday: 9am – 2pm
– Thursday: 9am – 2pm
– Friday: 9am – 2pm

Our Nashville – Nations location is expected to offer co-work space and childcare hours during similar times five days a week.

We hate to see you go! Memberships may be canceled with 30 days notice. Refunds are not available for unused time. Please contact us if you are considering canceling. We’d love to hear what we can do to improve memberships or meet more specific needs.

No. Memberships allow access for a specific 1 month period. Any unused time is forfeited at the end of each month.

Reservations can be made through the Member Portal. Reservations must be made 3 days in advance to ensure the best possible staffing and availability.

Quality time and attention with appropriate staffing in the ChildSpace is a huge part of our model. Reservations are required in advance because of our staffing ratios. Please contact us directly if you need a short-notice reservation. While we cannot guarantee that a space will be available, we’ll do our best to accommodate short notice reservations when possible.

Membership packages are designed for monthly use. Facility Credits DO NOT transfer over to the following month if they are not utilized. Monthly memberships are pro-rated to the start date of your membership. Workspace and childcare reservations canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be credited against your facility use credits for that month. We strive to provide an overstaffed experience so your child can thrive with an attentive team. Olive & Ark is open from 9am to 2pm on scheduled days. Memberships utilize half day reservations (2.5hrs) or full day reservations (5hrs). Members can reserve half days by choosing morning (9am to 11:30am) or afternoon (11:30am to 2pm) reservation slots. Full days covers the entire 9am to 2pm timeframe. Half day ChildSpace attendees will always receive snacks and lunches if their reservation covers a time when those items are served. Full day ChildSpace attendees will always receive all snacks and lunches served throughout the day.

Yes we do! We strive to build mindful membership packages while still offering boutique services and low children:caregiver ratios. Each membership package is priced to include care for one (1) child per household. Childcare options for additional children/siblings are available as add-ons for a discounted rate.
